For local pickup orders, we’ll email you once your order is ready. Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to our store to pick it up.

Delivery dates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped, and additional carrier or reshipping charges may apply.

For delayed, missing, or damaged packages, please contact support@ygwigshouston.com with your order details. Additional documentation or carrier investigation may be required.
