Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, please contact support@ygwigshouston.com for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sale items and customized products are non-returnable unless we confirm a quality issue. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
